Software Developer COBOL

After an intensive and individual training at our headquarters in Germany you will work in the following areas:

  • Propose and lead development solutions related to our software
  • Integrate modern applications and technologies into our system environment (Windows, Linux, iSeries)
  • Analyze and implement individual customer programming requirements
  • Develop and realize innovative products and services for our successful warehouse management system LFS

After an intensive and individual training at our headquarters in Germany you will work in the following areas:

  • Certification or reference of experience in software development
  • Work experience in the programming language Cobol preferably in iSeries environment
  • C++ or similar languages, DDBB knowledge would be an asset
  • Proficient Language skills – excellent oral and written communication in English, Bi-lingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Good communication skills and readiness to work in a multi-cultural environment
  • Socially oriented with a desire to work in different project teams for customers from various industries

Sales Manager

Position Description

  • Generate new business and grow existing accounts within assigned territory or industries;
  • Develop qualified prospect lists and produce accurate sales reports;
  • Conduct and manage the full range of sales activities from cold calling, lead generation, customer presentation, proposal generation, terms negotiation, and close;
  • Maintain customer relationships through regular communication to monitor satisfaction and identify add-on sales opportunities;
  • Participate in industry conferences and trade shows.


  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A preferred background in distribution, logistics or manufacturing
  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Logistics, or significant and relevant work experience
  • Ability to travel as needed to conduct sales activities
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales
